What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start AndroidVNC and connect
2. Change resolution or small break in connection
3. See the error.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Android will show error message and app stopped.
What version of android-vnc-viewer are you using?
No idea.
Which VNC server/version are you using? On which platform?
ThightVNC 2.6.0 / Windows
What is the size of the desktop you are trying to access (i.e. 1024x768,
1920x1080...)?
1024x768 and 1280x768

Ainol Novo 8 Advanced
Are you using a custom ROM? If so, which?

When changed resolution, sometimes it goes well and app can keep it running.
But sometimes resolution changes are extreme and app will crash with error.
But because it's used as viewer for somebody, it may not crash or stop after
small connection break.
Please add extra option to keep VNC connection up. Add an option field [x] and
it will try 3 times until it gives up.
Between the tries Android VNC viewer wait for 1 or 2 seconds and it ask again
to VNC server.
If it succeeded, counter is reset and it runs normally until another problem
happens, then it will try reconnect after some seconds.
That makes Andriod VNC much smarter for big resolution changes or small break
in connection.
