Extra keys support for Physical Keyboard #337

I run chroot Linux on android and connect physical usb keyboard. The arrow 
(cursor) keys does not move the cursor in line but moves the mouse pointer. 
Extra keys such as Ctrl, Alt, Tab, Esc etc don't work.
This is the best vnc viewer but it lacks extra keys support for physical 
keyboard. Tight vnc viewer (Remote Ripple app) supports these keys. Please try 
to include these features in the next update.

For me, this bug is fixed. At least, ALTGR, CTRL work
