Update the Copyright #19

This PR partially solved #14 by updating the copyright to refer not to "Strumenta and contributors" but to "The ANTLR project". It also updates all copyright messages to be extended to the present time and not "end" in certain years (2018, 2022, or others). Not that also the Copyright in the License file has been updated, as well as the copyright in hundreds of files. No changes to the code has been performed: only changes to the copyright notices. The changes have been performed using "Replace in files" in IDEA.

Note that while most files changed are java or kotlin files, also POMs, XML, and stg files have been changed
