Clock Management

While playing a game there needs to be a routine to manage the game clock.

• There should be 4 quarters of equal time
• The game should end at the end of the 4th quarter
• Game Clock should tick and pause following football rules

Many parts already added from initial commit. Still need to add:

• [x] Quarters instead of one long 'quarter'
• [x] Handling for Half time
• [x] Timeouts and timeout button
