Add option to generate visualization for aggressors vs victims #135

By applying a switch --aggressors-vs-victims with logs2vis.py this script will generate a json outputs that will allow one to visualize an aggressors against victims graph in F4PGA Database Visualizer.

It can be tested with chipsalliance/f4pga-database-visualizer/pull/8.

Below you can see an example of how it looks like: f4pga_visualizer_aggr_vs_vict
