Screenshot 2024-03-13 090908 Trying to use this integration since 4 versions. Everytime I get the same error: unkown error occured, nothing about renpho in the logs.

joghurtKULTUR commented 8 months ago

exactly the same here

Have you try using a proxy http://35.185.196.38:3128. Use a renpho outdated account and not the renpho health because the new don't give access to your data.

Try connecting your account using this api https://hass-renpho.vercel.app/docs If you can see your data that a good sign.

Android: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.qingniu.renpho&hl=en_US Apple: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/renpho-outdated-version/id1219889310

Within the vercial openapi tool everything works fine, But not inside HomeAssistant.

The API works here for me

Ok, have you tried deleting the repository from hacs and restart and re add the repository and then install v3.0.1. Sometimes the new app is still on the old version. I am sorry for your trouble. I have other user that has reported this issue. Personally I am using a proxy and since then the app works. I will look into it this weekend.

I just did this, reinstalling v3.0.1.1 with no luck. Question, though: The dialog refers to my Outdated email address. Is that something I should be doing differently? image
