Sort seems to have broken #18

Love this by the way!

The sorting update seems to have broken things:

 => ERROR [retroarch-web 11/17] RUN bash sort_mkdir.sh ./downloads/Nintendo - GameBoy Advance/                                                                                                                                   0.6s

 > [retroarch-web 11/17] RUN bash sort_mkdir.sh ./downloads/Nintendo - GameBoy Advance/:
0.480 bash: sort_mkdir.sh: No such file or directory
------
failed to solve: process "/bin/sh -c bash sort_mkdir.sh ./downloads/Nintendo\\ -\\ GameBoy\\ Advance/" did not complete successfully: exit code: 127

Commenting the sort statements in DockerFile fixes this.
