Tests are failing for Linux 6.3 and 6.4 because Fedora Rawhide images currently ship with Linux 6.5 already, and dnf/rpm refuses to downgrade. I don't have an immediate solution for this, but since the build succeeded multiple times on these kernel versions I don't have any reason to believe they are broken now, considering that this codebase hasn't required any code change in a while.
