@MaartenAfschrift, @tomvanwouwe1992: can anyone review this?

This PR adds a piece of code to the example with gait1018 to adjust the stiffness of the Achilles Tendon. I had to add the getShift function in the main functions instead of getMuscles4DOFS. I guess there would be better ways of doing that but I do not think this is the goal. Thanks.
