Download debian packages instead #4

Instead of having them in the repository, the Dockerfile could download it from Github: https://github.com/anton-johansson/ldap-password-reset-service/releases/download/v1.0.0/ldap-password-reset-service_1.0.0_all.deb

Then we would need to do the signing in the Dockerfile, which actually sounds quite nice.
