Review and revise schelp #3

Refactoring and numerous additions has caused some of the docs to be obsolete.

Review all classes and make sure relevant methods are documented. Ie. SerialOSCClient.doWhenInitialized has no documentation. Remove any obsolete methods.

Update "Using SerialOSCClient" reference according to latest progress
