Updated w-table doucmentation to note the 'headers.sortable' property #116

The documentation for the w-table component is missing the headers.sortable property which it already supports!

Hey @DerrikMilligan thanks for this pull request! But looking at the code commit it does not look right. just content deletion. 🤷‍♂️ Please cleanup before I can merge.
