No voice at all #116

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Just run it by double-clicking

What is the expected output? Listening audio, not only see video and waveform.

What do you see instead? No voice at all.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? Windows 7

Please provide any additional information below.

1. double-clicking to run application
2. insert video
3. click waveform
4. playing video but no voice at all.

Uninstall any codec packs like k-lite... reboot and install lav filters
  or
Use VLC as your video player
