What steps will reproduce the problem?

all rows are
00:00:00,000 00:00:00,000 -0,042

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
all (v3.3), windows 7

Please provide any additional information below.
- Open subeditor without file
- Drag and drop .sub file
- Save file in .srt format (change format .srt and save, do not empty current 
file)
- Drag and drop .sub file

Seems to a pretty old bug... should be fixed in r1579 - will be included in the 
SE 3.3.1
