Dutch spellchecker should allow dash connected words. #207

(enter only *ONE* issue in each report)
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Have a dutch subtitle file and run the dutch spell checker.
2. Dutch language has lots of dash-connected words, like "gevechts-troepen"
(fighting troops), mede-spelers (fellow players), etc..
3. When spelling is set to Dutch, SE should forward the whole dash-connected
words to the spellchecker, and thus the spellchecker should not popup saying it
doesn't recognize items like "gevechts".

Instead of the spellchecker recognizing "gevechts-troepen" correctly, it
doesn't understand "gevechts".

Using latest dev version r2457 on Win7 32bit.

The Dutch language uses a lot of dash-connected words, like "mede-speler"
(fellow player), "gevechts-troepen" (fighting troops) etc...etc... Perhaps the
spell checker can take that into consideration when the dictionary is set to
Dutch ? (Right now, we get popups about what to do with "gevechts" but we need
to be able to either replace- , add to user dictionary, or check the Dutch
dictionary for, the whole dash-connected word.

The spell checker already checks for dash-connected words...
