Waveform frozen #211

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Open video and subtitle file
2.Scroll to certain location of subtitle file in the waveform.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The waveform should move forward and show the rest of the subtitles.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows 7 professional
Subtitle Edit 3.4.5

Please provide any additional information below.
working on .srt format
My colleague, working on a different video, has the same issue.
Only lav filters and VLC installed, no codec packs.
VLC updated.
OS updated.
