Provide link to canonical profile URLs at Twitter #298

What would you like dabr to do?

Provide a link to the canonical version of a user's profile at twitter.com,
from the Dabr version of their profile.

Why?

It is often necessary to find/manually generate such a URL, when linking to a
profile, for, say, a blog post.

How would you prefer dabr to do it?

See issue 168, closed by revision r450, which does the same thing for the
canonical Twitter URLs of tweets.

I could see the need to link to a canonical tweet - but a user's profile is
just https://twitter.com/[name] - do you really need Dabr to do that for you?

Easier to touch, copy & paste URL than to have to type it.
