When uploading pic it doesn't show it correctly in timeline.

Turns out the issue is with the response from twitter. They are reporting that 
the image size is 150x141 when in fact it is only 150x44.
Have raised this as an issue with them
https://dev.twitter.com/discussions/17031
Should only affect images smaller than 150 pixels on either length/height.
