DEFINE bugs

Noticed it twice today. Loading the home page results
PHP Fatal error:  Cannot use object of type stdClass as array in 
/home/argh/public_html/trunk/common/Embedly.php on line 117
It's not permanent so will likely be down to content within the timeline 
causing the issue.
Just need to capture it when I can look at the source json.

Issue name changed.
Problem was that no Embedly key was defined.
The code should manage exceptions for missing definition, especially when they 
have been added to the config file which isn't updated via SVN.
Another example is the IMAGE_PROXY_URL which even when left blank results in 
problems due to the x50 in the URLs.
Further work to be done.
