Hash tags preceded by punctuation are not recognised #381

Tweets with hashtag preceded by a punctuation mark (like this:#test) do not 
have their hashtags recognised:

http://dabr.co.uk/status/368281974127226880 (".")
http://dabr.co.uk/status/368282035246604288 ("!")
http://dabr.co.uk/status/368282101613080576 (".")
http://dabr.co.uk/status/368282167501402112 ("-")

but Twitter recognises them (respectively):

https://mobile.twitter.com/pigsonthewing/status/368282035246604288
https://mobile.twitter.com/pigsonthewing/status/368282101613080576

Also just noticed this with "#quotes", in 
http://dabr.co.uk/status/411291570483494912 not recognised by Dabr, but OK in 
https://mobile.twitter.com/pigsonthewing/status/411291570483494912

Likewise '#SingleQuotes' in not recognised  
http://dabr.co.uk/status/411292118549037056 but OK in
