What are the steps to trigger the problem?
1) After login show error 403
2) API twitter migrate to SSL

What happened?
An error occured while calling the Twitter API 403

What did you expect to happen?

So, what can I do for fix this problem. Thanks you so much.

Duplicate of issue 387, if you run your owner Dabr install the fix is r524.
If you use someone else's install you will need to wait for them to update the 
code.
