scss-mode.el states that current version is:

;; Version: 0.5.0

but there is no tagged release.

Github enables download url on tagged repos: https://github.com/antonj/scss-mode/releases

Sometimes there is no need to clone repository.

It could be also useful for building deb package using uscan and watch file pointing to relase tar.
