^_^; Yeah, I kinda figured that was the case. Just wanted to mention it.
Hope it could be soon(ish)!

Sorry, a bit off of that, but the download dropping out still happens. I notice
it mostly when doing bulk downloads, such as if I do a list of authors for
Pixiv.
Could this be fixed by having it automatically re-initialize the current
download action (get tags/download images) after x-many seconds (probably
customizable?) of not actually receiving any data?
I wonder that, because if I tell it to stop downloading then start downloading
the same action, it just continues as if there was nothing wrong... until it
hangs again.

Don't really understand your issue, screenshots is always useful.
What actually going wrong? What're you mean by "dropping out still happens"?

I don't know that it will help, but I tried to make useful screenshots. (It's
hard to show a problem of simply nothing happening...)
Actually useful description (I hope):
What happens is while downloading the Tags (and then during downloading
pictures) for bulk downloads (multiple artists), the program will simply stop
mid-download of a file and just not do anything. It doesn't skip, it doesn't
resume, and no error; it's also definitely not frozen (The program itself, that
is. Not crashed.). It just stops.
I have no idea why this happens. It's also happened when downloading individual
artist's galleries as well, but usually just with large ones (say, 500+ images,
at a guess?).
The only solution I've found: I have to hit the "Stop Getting List" button,
then "Start Downloading List" to make it resume. It picks up with the file it
hung on, but will usually hang again within a few minutes (or even just a few
files). Then the same thing will happen while it's downloading the pictures and
have to stop the pictures download then start it again to resume on that file.
Makes bulk downloading even slower than single downloading because I have to
keep restarting it. It took a whole day (due to hang time and restarting over
and over) to get 10 artists in bulk, but when I did them individually, it took
less than an hour.

Familiar issue.
Actually, it's "freezing" download. Sometime connection just stuck on starting
download, without progress (protocol bug or something like it). I tried to add
hard-defined timeouts for connection/downloading. It can create some side
effects.
