"%ext%: HTTP/1.1 404 Not Found" error #162

Describe the steps to reproduce
problem:
1. Start download by the user (eg. BadmanBastich).
2. Try to save as "$rootdir$\Pics\$rname$\$tag$\$fname$_%title%".
3. There will be "%ext%: HTTP/1.1 404 Not Found" errors for every picture which
title contain symbols like "!" or "'" (apostrophe) and pictures won't download.
4. Pictures with titles without such characters will download and save normally.

What, in your opinion, should be
the result? What is the result you get
at the moment?

I think that program should ignore characters not allowed in file names by
system (like "!") and allow characters like "'".

What is your version? What
Operating System?

I'm using nekopaw grabber 2.0.1.91α running on Win 7 Ultimate x64.

After some more research, the program recognizes these character's correctly.
Problem appears when trying to download file which extension's isn't saved
properly by HF page (i.e. when I view picture's page in FF, right-click on
picture and select "View image" FF tries to download file (without extension),
and selecting "copy image's location" requires to manually add ".jpg" to
show/download file).

This happened before, but solved by itself after some time. Looks like is a bug
in HF. Anyway I'll fix it.
