$fn$ tag causing error on last image of every exhentai gallery. #222

The $fn$ tag causes an error on last file of every gallery on exhentai. I do 
not know if this is a problem with other sites, as exhentai is the only one 
I've tried it on. 

The directory and filename I save things to is:

     $rootdir$\pics\%album%\%album-$fn$

Using v. 2.0.2.118 on win7 x64.
