Downloading resized versions of pictures in Pixiv #252

Since a couple days ago, it seems that Pixiv must have changed their site 
somehow, because Grabber downloads resized pictures named something like 
"46205798_p0_master1200.jpg" instead of just "46205798.jpg" the extra part is 
always the same string, and seems to denote that the picture is resized to 600 
width/height or smaller.

They implemented a new style for URLs and albums. Added it in script.
