Add possibility to manuelly add exhentai.org galleries by URL

I'd like to request a feature that let's you add the url of a exhentai.org 
gallery, instead of searching for tags.

It would be tremendously useful to download non-visible galleries.

For example:
http://exhentai.org/g/253613/08607032f2
They deleted this, because it was a "dupe" of
http://exhentai.org/g/85904/1bebd9a283/
even though it has much better quality.
Stupid people flagged it and it became invisible.
Your downloader can't find it because it's invisble. 
But you can still manually access the page and view every single image.

Ok, it's done. Check checkbox "use album url" and paste url to "tags" field.
