Problem with Pixiv downloader

When using the "use user id" function with the Pixiv downloader it only grabs 
the first page (20 images) instead of the whole gallery.

They're changed layout a little (containers and it's classes for page urls). 
Fixed it.

Actually, I just noticed something as well:
When I was going to download, I realized the Author tag was blank. That may 
have changed as well?

Sorry, another question.
Does the downloader check if there is already a file with the exact same path & 
name before downloading an image? My internet tends to be a bit... unstable 
lately, and I would like to avoid re-downloading a lot (and thus using up my 
bandwidth on duplicate downloading).

That's actually a major reason I'm hoping for saving galleries (such as for 
downloading the newest images) and tracking what's been downloaded already 
(kind of like the Ank Pixiv Downloader for Firefox), it can really help save 
that extra bandwidth...

Yes, it skips files if already exists. Don't worry about it.
