Is this ADV or OTHER+N? Should it project NP-ADV? Is it like "öðruvísi"?

Note that so far, we have been parsing two word "öðru megin" with "megin" tagged N-D and the phrase projecting NP-ADV. I have documented this. Please let me know if this is a problem. For instance, I am not sure if "megin" is really dative...
