We just discovered the label REF which we haven't been using. It's used to "indicate the source or reference for a statement when it occurs without any explicit connection to the statement itself" (http://www.ling.upenn.edu/~beatrice/annotation/syn-phrase.htm#ref).
This should be easy to fix if we have been consistent in tagging these as META.
