What is the subject here?

"Skelfing fannst þeim ánægjulegt að hugsa til að ganga tvö saman að hverju verki"

I would say that "þeim" is the subject and that "að hugsa ..." is IP-INF-SBJ within a small clause.

I think "skelfing" is NP-MSR (skelfing ánægjulegt)
