It shouldn't be, but it is of course possible that the scribe has made an error here and forgot the genitive endings.
Should I tag it as genitive?
I'm not sure - there is perhaps another possibility; that "trú skuld" is a compound. However, this is perhaps unlikely - this compound is not listed in any dictionaries, as far as I can see.
However, the adjectives "trúskyldur" and "trúskyldugur" both exist, so maybe "trúskuld" is a compound after all ...

Is there some way that "heilaga trú" could be genitive here (from georgius):
"og stríddu þar á móti heiðingjum í 10 ár fyrir guðs skuld og heilaga trú skuld"
