The severity should be low as the chances of people booking an appointment at 12 midnight are very low or unlikely as most clinics would not be open at that time hence it will only affect a small proportion of people. We are not restricting the time input to allow for extreme cases in the event that the clinic wishes to use the timing. However, the command still works as intended.

I was able to input multiple of the same appointment date even though the UG states that the date must be different.
It is either 24:00 and 00:00 are different but the meaning is ambiguous as the app accepts both.
