Add option to not hide children chapters #1

The way that the hide of children chapters may collide with other gitbook plugins. Now there is an option to disable to auto hide of children chapters non active chapter.

Although this is currently possible via a sass variable, I like that this makes the feature more discoverable (as opposed to being an obscure sass variable).

I don't see any conflicts (e.g. with not having that config var set) so this looks good to merge in.
