Add PgUp/PgDn, Home and End key bindings

Hi,

it would be nice to have some more key bindings to navigate the listing:

• Home: Jump to beginning of listing
• End: Jump to end of listing
• PageUp: jump to top of current row
• PageDown: jump to bottom of current row
