Fix cell disappears when remove controls in table cell #30

The build is failing, any idea why?

I believe this needs to be merged in order to work with #28 properly. I have a template where the controls are in a table, and where there is no other content in the cell besides the control, the cells are being removed. I did not see this working with version 2.0.4.
