Open SakifX9 opened 6 years ago

SakifX9 commented 6 years ago

Expected behavior:

Aurora automatically enabling all devices with the app

Actual behavior:

Aurora needs me to manually restart the devices in the Device Manager of the app so all my peripherals are synced with the app

How often does this problem occur?

Every time when I boot

Please describe the steps to reproduce this issue:

The issue can be reproduced by doing following steps:

When I turn on the PC, my mouse (Logitech G502) and Headset (SteelSeries Sibera 350) are detected by the app but I need to manually start it for my Keyboard (Corsair K70 Mk.2)

What is the version of Aurora you are experiencing this issue with?

0.6.3

Does the previous version of Aurora have this issue?

I have not tried the previous versions

Do you have any errors relating to Corsair in your log file? %appdata%/Aurora/Logs?

SakifX9 commented 6 years ago

[ERROR] 15:43:43: Corsair device, CUE Exception! ErrorCode: ServerNotFound

simon-wh commented 6 years ago

Is CUE being launched on startup and is the SDK enabled? If both are the case, you might need to set a delay for Aurora opening as it might be opening a significant time before CUE opens. Have a look at this you'll need to apply that to the entry that already exists for Aurora.

Same here, it seems to happen after recent iCUE update.
