Wraith Prism support #1768

Please add support for the following device:

Device Name: Wraith Prism

The device can connect Razer chroma. From there I can set it up. It is changing colors with the Razer Chroma. I tried to add a Razer Chrom Layer in the application, and map keys to it. But it was not working. I did not know where to map them. As I saw in chroma 4 values can be set.

It would be nice to add some new part where I can create a new color map for them, not only mapping to colors of the keys.

I found this: #1548 so the mapping issue is solved, but still don't know how to connect the device with a layer.

The Wraith Prism has a nice ARGB ring around and it connects through Chroma. Some decent support for it would be nice, apart from the single color that you can achieve through Mouse area in Aurora.

Going by the photo from Razer (https://press.razer.com/product-news/light-up-your-amd-wraith-prism-cooler-with-razer-chroma/) looks like it actually has 3 zones. Ring, Fan, and Logo LED. Right now we can only control the fan LEDs.

Happy to test out using my Wraith Prism if there's anyone able to poke around the dll files to add support.
