Request: Wallpaper Engine support #2351

The famous program Wallpaper Engine (steam) has support for Razor Chroma RGB and Corsair iCUE, Logitech users like me are left behind again, so I wanna ask if its possible to integrate this in Aurora, so everyone profits.

I may add this to my pull request as a default, however you should know that you can easily add profiles yourself.

Go to Add a new Lighting Profile (The + icon on Aurora), select the wallpaper.exe or wallpaper64.exe depends on the one you have installed. Select Overlay layers > Add a new layer and choose Razer Chroma as the type.
