Blinking when near to time - DOTA 2 #425

How to make the led blinking when time near to every 2 minutes (or 10 sec before 2 minutes)? In dota 2 case, the rune will respawn every 2 minutes, so it'll really help if player can notice it much easier. Trying playing with the aurora setting, but i cant do anything about it

That would be possible when Layer Logic is done.

Sorry im lost here, whats Layer Logic? Means that you are on the way to implementing it in next update? Or i need to change it somewhere?

Layer Logic is something that is coming at a later time, that will allow users to change layer settings based on user-defined logic statements.

It's not coming next update.
