I have the same problem with a CM Masterkeys pro S RGB variant

Firedrops commented 6 years ago

+1 with Masterkeys Pro M RGB, but I'm not sure if I've just not taken the right steps or if it's really a problem, since there's no 'first time instructions' for CM

I managed to get it to work by installing the "COOLER MASTER PORTAL V1.01" from http://www.coolermaster.com/downloads/

Uppon starting the Cooler Master software I proceeded with what the program wanted me to do and updated the firmware. Before updating the firmware I had to close down Aurora completely or it'd fail on me most of the time. After setting up the software and briefly checking the lighting controls in the official software I rebooted and Aurora worked after.

PS: I have the S version of the Keyboard
