Distribute compiled components #5

We are in an environment still relying on browserify and I did not manage to get the this dependency to be compiled correctly. Any chance the compiled components could be added to the npm package?

Hi @Globegitter! Thank you for your attention to the project. I have just updated the version to 1.1.0 in which the compiled version is now provided
