additional: 1. parent child feature works with filter

             2. adding new nodes in any kind of state(filter/no Filter/ child parent feature) of the diagram is now possible

Ich merge das jetzt mal in den main. Baer wir brauchen definitiv noch Doc-Kommentare für einige Funktionen unsere code Qualität soll ja weiterhin hoch bleiben.
