It should be possible to change the date format, preferably an input field to change it to anything. Or otherwise respect the application date/time format.

You can choose between two date formats:

yyyy-mm-dd hh24:mi:ss
yyyy-mm-dd

Other formats are not available in the used Excel template, so it's not possible to change to another date format.
