Left Margin #8

Would be nice if it could be about 4cm - but not serious only when time

I've implemented a larger left margin, which is flexible so with narrower windows or bigger fonts, the left margin will shrink. See what you think.

The right margin now needs some attention, though: if the window is too narrow, there's no right margin. I'll probably just set this to a smallish minimum value. I'll close this issue once the right margin is fixed.

Sorry I didn't see this email. The left margin looks great thanks. I appreciate you doing all the hidden stuff - a bit like the elves quietly and secretly making all the beautiful shoes for the shoemaker at night!
