Tad setup says "64-bit Windows is required" #109

Apparently, many of the fleet at work are running 32-bit Windows 7. Who knew! :) My own workstation has been 64-bit for over four years.

No harm in asking, but this is one of those "It's an open code base" moments. You are very welcome to clone the github repository and try and build this on older versions of Windows; I would expect it to be relatively straightforward. I am open to accepting a Pull Request if there are minor changes you need to get this working. But I have no plans to do this work myself.

Noted. Perhaps someone more familiar with building on windows than I am will take this up.
