[Feature Request] Extended CSV Export #144

Sorry for creating so many issues at ones, I love your tool and try to give you feedback on my needs for further development to consider :)

Can you allow saving the content of the pivot table component as new csv? You currently allow saving the filtered csv, but it doesn't remove the hidden columns in the target csv and it also does not add pivot columns.

I think about this feature as editing a video and then rendering the video out, simply to the same file format it came from but with different content. So this request would mostly be the same as Issue #142, albeit being simpler to implement as PDF or Excel, I guess.
