Make quickstart avaible on the web #173

Hi, trying out tab for the first time. Is the QuickStart available as a web page? If so, it'd be handy to link to it from the main page.

Thanks for the suggestion! This is a good idea, particularly for potential users who want to understand what the tool can do before downloading it. ( If you want to get back to the Quick Start guide after you close it, it's available from the top level Help menu. )

Yes, I was considering tad, VisiData, and Modern CSV and this made tad less accessible. Also, when I tried to use it I can't cmd+f to look for text etc.
