Activate kit -> 3rd question's answer not displayed in the app #42

Steps to reproduce :

  1. Activate kit
  2. Select yes radio button for 3rd question
  3. Select some checkbox
  4. Click activate kit button
  5. View order

In website, selected values are displayed but in app selected values are not displayed
