Use GitHub Actions as CI / DI instead of Azure DevOps.
As investigation and just curious? Just want to learn more, as how to?

Describe the solution you'd like

As experiement, how does GitHub Actions works as pipeline, instead of Azure-Pipelines.
Make a new file "github-pipeline.yml", that will be consumed by GitHub as pipeline CI / DI
